By accessing or using GloBet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old. You represent that you are not a citizen or resident of the United States, or any jurisdiction where prediction markets are prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys with third parties.
All trades are final. The Platform matches orders on a best-effort basis. Outcome tokens represent positions in prediction markets and have no intrinsic value outside the Platform.
The Platform charges trading fees as disclosed on the trading interface. Fees are deducted automatically from trade proceeds. Fee rates may change with notice.
Markets are resolved based on publicly verifiable outcomes. The Platform reserves the right to void or resolve markets in exceptional circumstances (e.g., ambiguous outcomes, market manipulation).
Deposits are credited after on-chain verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours. The Platform may require additional verification for large withdrawals.
You must not: manipulate markets, use automated trading bots without authorization, create multiple accounts, or attempt to exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
Prediction market trading involves risk. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose.
The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from trading, technical failures, or market resolution disputes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
